The 10 times wager requirement means you have to wager at least a total of $200, so you'd have to win a few times to actually meet the requirement, or you'd have to keep depositing to get the $200 requirement. I would actually recommend BingoRoom or another site that only requires a $50 deposit because it's more likely you'll lose more money that way.

I don't think they accept Paypal Virtual CC, but they accept epassporte/epassporte virtual visa (which you can fund using a regular visa/mc).

They do NOT accept Virtual CCs, they require a CVC#.

No. You don't have to wager any set amount to get credit, but you do have to wager a certain amount to be able to cash out.
