hello i'm a newbie and i can do all offers for cash. i can give you up to 5 separate referrals for most sites (if you really want) but i want at least $20 per referral, highest bid on a site wins. that's about it.
the thing is i need cash or check... not paypal. best way to pay me would probably be in visa gift cards.
i will only do this for people with 10 or more tr.

LOL, I am assuming these are friends or coworkers and not proxies. You might want to clarify a bit since it is in the rules. You must state if other people will be doing the offers.
