From what I understand from that is, you may or may not green and he's not liable for that. AKA You're not guaranteed a green from trading from him.

Not true

I am gurenteeing that the offer will be done when you receive the signup. Though if it dosent green another offer/no credit will be pursued. You will receive a green, but if the first offer dosent work there may be delays.

And please, no paypal offers, currently not interested. (Unless its high that is wink )
