Hi i have $72.26 USD in my paypal account from signing up for sites for cash. However I can't use any of it becouse I don't have a credit or debit card linked to it. I wanna buy a virtual prepaid debit card so that I can use it to free up the money in my account i know for a fact that ePassporte dosen't work. It can be a non virtual card however I just need all of the info and it needs to be viewible online.
If the card has $5 on it i'll give you $10 via paypal
If the card has $10 on it i'll give you $20 via paypal

I can get you a VISA Debit Card (aka Gift Card) of any duration, I can just send you the whole package via USPS or email you the info, I will need the surcharge money and a little extra, PM me if interested!
I can give you a $20 visa debit card for $25 paypal. I have it scanned on my computer so I could just e-mail you the pics.
