The only diff. really is that the box is kinda lame and the dvd itself doesn't look quite real, but if the quality is good and the sound is Dolby 5.1 or Stereo, well...

Heh. Sidenote, ever since I quit ffxi with my lvl. 24 war and over 500k gil...I've been dying to get back on. Well, luck so has it that next month's issue of the offical xbox360 magazine is going to have the beta disc. It'll be a 3 month trial for free, and they are leaning to letting people keep their characters.
