Basically what I am proposing is that I would like to start some sites (Preferably Transcendent Innovations First)I would expect to receive in turn Paypal. He is posting from very similar IP(s) as both of those did, from the same town (not San Diego as he has in his profile) and he turns up just after they disappear?
I could ban him if that would be fairer?
