It doesn't work like that.
You have to go 1st (in this case pay them 1st) for people with higher TR than yourself. The only people who will do this trade are people with 0TR since you are at 1TR.

D_ So I just have to hand some random guy $$$ x__X I've been scammed on Five out of six trades thus far -_- And I'm getting nowhere! How am I ever supposed to get TR?

PS If you're interested in building trade record i can pay you to do a site, fairly simple process.

You can choose to trade with whoever you want to, but it's advised to only trade with people who have a high TR.
We were all at the same stage you were at one time and although it sucks, it has to be done. Most people get scammed but in a way it's a good thing because you become wise to the way people trade.
I'd help you out but I've done that site already (

It's weird how I keep hearing about scammers, but I've gone first in all 10 trades I've done in the past 2 days. But as far as some of them are going, it doesn't look lik ea few people are doing offers =[
