I will pay an additional $5 bucks [20 intotal if completed before sunday]

Welcome to the fourms. As much as I would like for refs to go for $15, they don't. The majority of people are offering $20 or more. If you want to get more people willing to be a ref for you, you are going to have to up your price.
I would recommend trading a bit before you go right into Paying for refs.
