If its a friend, you have to list that... its not possible with a 45 tr that you've only signed up for two sites, so you are either
(a) scamming the sites; in any manner or sort
(b) using a friend / relative ect
Both should be stated.

I've heard alot of people say
"I got a new credit card so I can do the offer at school / work"
"I can hide my IP address and use invalid information"
