beware...I payed him to do a referral...he told me he could do an instant offer for yourfreeflatscreen.com
and then after I sent him money he told me he was going to have to get a friend to do it because he couldn't ... he said it would be done last night. no such luck....if he actually completes the offer I'll come back and edit this, but for now becareful with this guy

If he didn't stipulate that a friend was to complete the offer, then I'd file a complaint with paypal if you can (ALWAYS PUT THE ADDRESS FIELD THERE UNLESS ITS A REPUTABLE TRADER) because he violated the terms of the trade.
