I have a half finished psps.freepay.com accoutn for sale I finished my offer and got 2 greens 3 yellows.
I've had enough of the whole freebie thing. If anyone wants to buy the half finished account I'll transfer it to your email/password. Just make me an offer.

It's not against there terms of service. look it up.
I will give you that it might run into trouble but I highly doubt it.

Actually it is not allowed on specifically freepay site for two reasons
1. Multiple IP addresses using same acc.
2. Read the terms and conditions
