Well, I'd rather not be banned, thanks. But, it isn't too clear if it means two topics in 5 days which are about the same topic (because right after that is talks about bumping, which has to do with the same topic).

you can be banned without violating the rules twice. if you scam only once, you will be banned, if you flame, you can/will be banned, if you post your ref link, you can/will be banned.

and about making a new thread, its this simple.

you can only create/make/produce etc, one new thread in the trading post every 5 days. you made 2 today, this one will be locked, but in 5 days time, you can make another. it doesnt make a difference if they are 2 different topics, or one and the same, you can only make one new thread every 5 days.

same goes with BUMPing, you can only BUMP every 5 days also, but you cant BUMP and make a new thread, its one or the other.
