I played the bonus out with 3 $1 bets at a time, then I started making mad $5 and $25 dollar bets, that only hurt me though. I ended up 100 over when I was betting 1 dollar, but 25 dollar bets were unecessery I almost lost all of the bonus with them.
I'd say put it all on a 1 to 3 and if you win you go up huge, like like 525 dollars. Then just play the bonus out at 1 dollar bets. Since you only have to bet 4 times the bonus, the first bet takes care of 1/4 of that. It also covers the bet needed for casinocashunlimited to pay you.
I'm going to try this theory with my next sticky bonus at casinocashunlimited
