I am looking to pay for refs, I will pay 20 dollars per green on sites I need, and 100 for anyone doing four sites.

Im not quite sure your allowed to offer a multiple payment plan.....since your new, you might wanna get it checked out with a mod.

although i understand you are paying $20 upfront, not only do the rules state that you have to say you will go 1st (pay it all upfront), but im sure not many people will want to take you up on this offer since you have 0 TR.
