Refferals for Refferals.

i've been killing myself to trying to get refferals. i am willing to give people my refferal as long as i get refferal for my site.

i will sign up and give my refferal to people who will sign up for my site. because of the rules i cant post the link up so.....

Its been required that you state that you will go first for established traders longer then you've been here...and its to make sure noobs read the rules so just because you don't get something doesn't make it stupid

Ah, the part I bolded makes sense. But shouldn't this be mentioned? And if people are just saying, "Write 'I'll go first because I have lower TR'," then how can we be sure noobs are reading the rules anyway?

please do read the rules before trading.

like its been said, you have to state that you will go 1st for people who have + 2TR.

theres no point in trying to 'sort out a way to get each other referral" because nobody will trade with you if you are trying to get them to go 1st, and they have a higher TR.

if anyone does consider trading with this person, please make sure he goes 1st if you have a higher TR.

That's exactly the point, if you have a rule that every new person has to learn, then you're going to keep having to tell new people when they join. A very low percentage of people are going to get it right the first time. It's part of the deal, everyone needs to be a bit more patient with newbs wink

if he hadnt edited the thread, after being told that refs arent allowed and to edit it, then he may have qualified for one free ban, but he did edit it, so its all good.

usually if someone doesnt edit it, or refuses etc, then they dont want to stay in the 1st place. those you ban. )

There has to be a way for new people to read the rules. idk what tho....

You should make people read the rules when they are in the process of registering with the site. Have something like a 60 second count before they can click the "I accept" button.

they already do, but its not the trading post rules etc, not everybodyjoinsthis site to trade.

we shouldnt have to keep telling everyone the rules anyway. people should read them before they get into this, or before they post or create a thread.

if someone gets scammed, or does a trade and doesnt get +TR because they didnt read the rules, its nobodys fault but that trader themself. we cankeep pointing out the rules, but sometimes it doesnt make any difference.
