I don't think its really fair to give a trade point for something that cost 12 cents, for obvious reasons. Not to mention that the "trade" was between two users under 2TR, which under the rules we wouldn't give TR to them either way.

I'm not sure what's unclear to you.

1) You offered to pay me for my signup
2) I used your referral link and signed up (but never did an offer)
3) You stopped responding to IMs, finally telling me you had enough signups
4) You blocked me on IM because you knew you were in the wrong.
5) My notebooks4free referral is thus wasted.
