I can NOT get a neteller account in my state. If someone opens one for me, can I use it? I mean, is it in my name or theirs? Who actually has access to the account??

I wouldn't recommend it. Neteller is stringent enough opening new accounts, let alone people (from different states especially) share the same account.

Are there any other ways to do this? Like epassport, etc? I would love to do more of those casino offers, but so far CON is the ONLY one I could do. Thanks!
