I don't think it's necessary to ban him. He made a mistake. Sure he's being really rude and whiney about it, but that's a harsh punishment. It's not like he scammed someone.. (...yet?) ;)
He took his link off. My vote is if he messes up again, ban him.

it looks like the ref link is gone, which is fine so you probably wont be banned. usually if you have it up, and a mod sees it, then they will give you a chance to remove it or they may just ban you, depending on their mood.
on the other hand, there is a rule that you can only make one new trade thread in the trading post every 5 days, or bump your thread every 5 days. most people arent banned for this, but told to make sure they dont do it again (it gives you an unfair advantage over others).
just thought id let you know if you dont get banned and you do wanna stay here.
