I have a question with paypal. I cant send any money. I once got sent $10, and now I cand send money. I didnt add a CC or Bank Account. How do I send money without linking my account to a credit card or bank account? It says "Limit $0.00 USD"

i dont have a CC and i just added my bank account and thats how i pay anyone.
although the shit thing is, you set it up with your bank (or CC but im not sure), and you have to wait till you get your bank statement cos they add 2 small amounts to your account, and then when you see what those were you have to go into their website and put those in to verify its your account.
i hate paypal.....bring on GoogleWallet!

I have internet banking, I was verified a half hour after starting the process
