Giftcards lose anywhere from 10-20% of their facevalue when used to trade for cash or another item. There are also risks invovled when receiving a gift card as a trade.

i rather just pay 25$ for referral, $50 giftcard for 1 green is kinda steep in my opinion rather u wana say they lose 10-20%

Well i've seen trading via other forums for gift cards. They lose around 10-20% given the gift card.
