He's basically saying that he'll do it for $25 minimum but once he has your bid he'll use it to bump someone else up. So basically hes trying to get a bid out of you.

Not sure if you were talking about my post, but thats not how it works on mine. If someone offers me $25.00 to sign up under them, I will do it. I just want to do the sites that I have left for a minimum of $25.

Why the hell would you post here then when Im on AIm telling you that I need that site then. And its not your site its your friends correct whose recieveing a credit card in about a week and a half.
