They give cashback for completing offers (once you order) and have prizes as low as 1 ref (ipod shuffle, bluetooth headset), and you can refer yourself! (Refering yourself doesn't work on high ref sites but casinos pay so much for each ref that the owner can afford to do this). The casino offers range from requiring a $10 deposit to $100 deposit, and many of them give you a great bonus, and allow you to play blackjack (which gives you pretty good odds if you play by the book).
