You seriously cant expect them to hope you get approved before paying the remaining $18 right? Its undealistic as too many things can go wrong and it also wouldnt be their fault

I seriously can....if they are truthfully scammed by OC, I will of course work with them.
Occasionally, a referral will get DQ'ed wrongfully, email OC, and they are quickly taken off hold.

Since this person is my 18th ref, I'm banking on being approved. I know
every one of my refs (either active trader or friend). There is no chance of
a DQ - none. Everyone has assured me that they did each step perfect.
If my last ref is scamming me for the money, well they will quickly be found out.

You made it sound like if a different referral went on hold the person wouldnt get the 18 until you get verified. So thats what i was referring to
