Through which service? webcertificate? I thought their site was going down.

7-11 sells prepaid mastercards. Any funds you transfer to me will go straight to the purchase of the debit card.

If there are any fees associated you will be asked to pay them (IE if you send me $25 through paypal and if it is $1 to buy the card, then you will get a card with $24 on it)

I will scan the receipt, the card, any other acompanying literature and send the image files to you. I will also, if requested mail the card to you as well.

Has anyone actually done this yet.

I have a Simon Mall near me and their cards are really good. Only $1.50 fee and they can have like $100+ on them.

id just recommend gettin a card by MBNA bank, and use SafeShop to create a CC# based off of your main CC. Money Limit and Expiration Date are up to you. I have like 10 numbers active all with $10 limits. )

What happens if you are billed and the card is out of dough?

doesnt go thru for the merchant who tried to charge...merchants hate safeshop becuase they cant take take money from your account without authorization...hah

You guys get these prepaid credit cards cheap. The prepaid cards they sell around my neighborhood have a $10-15 fee and a minimum deposit of $20. It also have a $3.95-5 monthly "maintenance fee".

where can you buy them around your neighborhood?

the ones I'm getting people don't have such high monthly fees

this card has no monthly fees and is only 5.95 handling (from the company not me). the 7/11 ones are between 9.95 and 14.95 to activate, and some have monthly fees.
