a.It is not advisable for new users to create threads. However, if you are a new user (eg. TR is 0), you may create a thread if and ONLY if you indicate that you will only trade with established traders (TR 2 or more), and that you will complete your side of the agreement first (eg. go green, send paypal, etc).
I have only done the freeipod.com, and need 3-4 more greens. I am willing to do most other's, as long as no money is involved. PM me, or reply to this topic.
