I didn't see anything on that site that resembled customer service, which sucks BTW.

Guys I am very confident that FreeNotebookPC is legit. I know Stroid is supposed to be involved in the venture at some point, not sure how but that speaks volumes of the site's credibililty.

is this confirmed or is it just cause the site is down?

I remember from some other posts elsewhere, that Mr. Sofa Sets (admin of freenotebookPC) is in the process of moving. He DID mention that offers wouldnt be credited until he settles in, however he made no prior announcement about taking the site offline. Perhaps he's just doing it so he doesnt have a pile of referrals to sort through when he settles in.

As far as support goes I'm being patient (and have NOT contacted support), as I also have a bunch (11) yellows, most of which should REALLY be green by now. After doing a quick search here i found
