Yeah, it's either WebCert or PayPal, but TONS more people like WebCerts more (don't ask me why).

yes you can, just add the webcertificate as a credit card to your paypal account and when you buy stuff with it just deduct it from your web cert.

Or you could create another PayPal account with the WebCert as your credit card and "Send Money" to your real PayPal account with the money on your WebCert.

web certs dont work in paypal, you cannot add them.

I don't use paypal because of all the horror stories I hear of them. I'm sorry if paypal is your choice of exchange it is not mine.
I am currently in the process of making a deal, but if it doesn't go through I have others lined up.
