4FreeSpot has the cheapest offer I have ever seen.
Keen - $2.00
You sign up and talk on the phone with some psychic or advisor for 3 minutes free and at the end you rate them. Then you log on and deposit $2.00. Then call somebody who's rate is $1.99. Talk to them for 1 minute. Then afterwards rate them. The rating is done over the phone. As long as you NEVER hang up and let them hang up. You will not spend over $2.00. So the big misconception that 4freespot costs CRAZY money is kind of bogus. So depending on the offer completed. If somebody does the Keen one, I will gladly give them $15. Anything else, will be negotiated. As to trade + paypal, sure, why not?
$2.00, most of the offers out there are $3.95 minimum. ;)
