are you guys serious? i used my webcert a couple days ago and it worked for one of the offers. are you sure? where does it say?

My daughter used her web cert to do at least 12 offers so far without a single problem or rejection.
I know some of offer sites mention they will not accept debit or pre-paid cards, but regardless, the web cert works.
