I signed up for blockbuster for mp3players4free on 1st of March and I haven't received credit for it. I've gotten about 18 DVDs from blockbuster and they have charged my credit card.
I submitted to the offer completion followup but nothing happens. No replies, no updates nothing!
Everyone tells me that contacting Offercentric is really easy and nice but how do I do that? Is there an e-mail address or hidden form I can use?

Just go to the "help" portion, then go to the bottom of the menus, and you'll find a "General Question" support section.

What did they say in your email? I had the same problem. I completed Feel Serenity offer on 3/5/05. Send them the Credit Request through their form twice but no replies. Then I found this topic and contacted them through their General Question link instead. That was 2 days ago. They sent me an email saying that they'll send my request to the advertiser and if I don't get credit in 10 days then I did that offer for nothing. As a matter of fact, I still haven't cancelled the autoship program yet..
I'd like to know if they said the same thing when they emailed you back.

Lucky for you, my experiences with OC CS are horrible! Once they think that you are frauding them, they will not read a single word you say! They just reply saying that your referrals are fraudelent, even though they are not!!!

Did you cancel the offer or did you kept using their product? I still haven't got mine eventhough I sent them an email through their general question support. I guess I will wait a little longer.
