I got the e-mail form to get my free $20 GC, and I was about to fill it out when I noticed that there was no security lock on the form. I have a website with many of the different offers' phone numbers (i.e. - Great Fun, Net Market, Buyers Advantage, etc.), so I called and they said that they would send me the form in the mail and I could just send it back.
So if anyone wants the link to the webpage with the phone numbers, just e-mail or aim me back.
