I'm about to finish on mp3players4free, and I was wondering what you think. I was either
a) Going to get the 20GB iPod and fill it up with all of my songs (I have 30GBs) then sell it on eBay. Is that illegal?
b) Going to get the iRiver and keep it along with the U2 iPod I'm receiving from TheFreeProject.
c) Get the money.

What's your opinion?

why would you want to get it to sell it when theres the option of cash?

Because the iPod with music is worth much more than $275.

Ebay will likely yank the auction if you advertise it with music.

Is that correct? I've had a friend that listed a 3G with music and purchased a 4G (he got more than enough).

if you're already getting a u2 ipod i would just take the money. then you don't have to deal w/ the hassle of listing it and possibly having the auction taken down for having music on it already. if that happens you'd just be stuck w/ an extra ipod. (stuck w/ an extra. how sad. haha)

I own/am working on an iPod website, so I technically NEED the iPod to review the products I get. I think the U2 one could just function as my 20GB and I could get the iRiver (and put the Korean OS on it) and use it as a PVP in the interim.
