i have 19 ppl signed up on my oc xbox360 site.
but only 2 ppl went green and i know atleast 4 other ppl who completed a offer.
also does oc usally take this long to credit ppl and i noticed after the first two greens
ppl were telling that only ood offers were left. thats funny there were like 30 to 40 offers.
after 2 greens now only 5 to 7 ood offers.
it sounds fishy to me

That's they way OC works -- they're notorious for forcing OOD's onto later refs, although after just 2 greens it seems a little premature. Usually it's your last couple of refs. It may be due to your 19 signups, since you have that many they might be preventing a bunch from completing easy offers at once without doing the OOD's.
This is why a lot of people don't pursue OC sites anymore. So many other sites have the same or better ref requirements for the same prizes, without the OOD's.
