Sorry if this has already been asked, but if two of my referrals used Firefox to sign up one of the offers, can offercentric still be able to track that they completed the offers?

I did mine in firefox, so I guess it works fine

just make sure javascript and cookies are enabled and work properly

I have done every single offer for every single site with Firefox and have not had any problems whatosever. And I'm pretty sure I didn't even change any of the default Firefox settings.
