Wow, I'm REALLY pissed right now. OC is being terrible. They are literally making it impossible for me to finish. They won't credit any of my refs no matter what.

If you look in their terms, it will probably explain what invalid locations are.

ya OC is pretty bad, I did an offer on there site in a trade on dec 8th, I submitted about 5 or 6 missing credit requests and 2 or 3 customer support tickets. I just got credit today. Almost 2 months later. I will never do another OC ever.

They have "low end," "mid range" and "upper end." The only site to offer Macbooks, as far as I can tell.

They probably couldn't all be OOD, so maybe the OOD phase in and out as you near greater value gifts.

Or maybe they're gone, as seems to be the case on their newer sites.

and if this is all true, then why does freepay still require 20 refs, while OC apprently requires 18 for higher end laptops(as in their lowest level still has better laptops than freepay's)

the MacBook and Alienware laptops in the high tier are easily worth 24 refs, jut gotta know how many of those 24 are offers of doom. for the high end.
