I used a different email address. They knew it because i used the exact same ip and computer. And to the other guy, how many emails you had to send because they take you off hold?

I had the same problem on their mp3 site, they took like 4 or so emails but they said as long as I never completed an offer on the other account I was fine.
The only thing is, I created the second account accidentally while logging in. I explained that I had used an account specifically for these sites, and when I went to log in I accidentally signed up because I was using a personal non free site account.
Perhaps tell them you use one account for freepay one for OC and thats how you keep track of sites and referrals.

Damn that sucks.. but I don't think all the OC bashing is called for.. I mean he DID break the TOS.. sucks that they are so strict, but this wasn't like a "random DQ"

the rule has been around for over a year i know that.
also it took about 5 emails and waiting a while between each one.
i eventually said that i was in a dorm and that other account wasn't me but somebody in my dorm and i think thats the excuse that got me off
i could have very well been in a dorm at the time...
