do you need to download the software and use it to get credit for the aol offeers? if so, i guess im screwed b/c ive got a mac.

I dont think you need to download it, but they will tell you that you havent used it, but just tell them you changed your mind I guess,not that I am condoning cancelling your referrals early, without checking them out

You could always go to AOL.com and login using your account details... then find some reason why AOL is not working out for you as a reason to cancel.
