Nope. Customer service lies in those support tickets, in which at OC,they have a lottery and each day one person will have their support ticket crappily answered.

I've done an offer on each notebooks and minimacs. Both haven't credited and I've submitted the required documentation. Nothing yet! And if credit doesn't come, I definitely won't continue with OC. And I'm not doing a second offer to get a green. This just puts double the money in OC's pocket!
