Anybody getting credit on xbox3604free.com?

I did a trade about a month ago. I did xbox3604free.com for him. He did an offer for me and went green very quickly. I did the cortiban offer on this OC site. I still haven't recieved credit. I have recieved the products from the offer though. I have submitted 3 help tickets and not once gotten a response. I get the automated email and it has been 10 days since I sent the last help ticket. Does anybody know what is going on? Any help would be appreciated.

i dunno, but now i'm sorta pissed kuz i learned that gift fiesta, trainn, and OC, have sent out a few xbox 360s and freepay hasn't evil

though i wuv freepay!(it's the only network i have an unconditional love for)
