$275 Paypal is better than $275 Visa, but both are better than the mp3 player option.
Is there any way to send that money to my savings account??

Yes, use paypal.
why deal with paypal, and paypal fees over the visa card?

PayPal funds can be transferred to a checking or savings acct.
The Visa card is better if all you are using it for is purchases.
The card pictured is from Bank of America, so drop in... Take the cash off the card... Simple as that... Or use an ATM and loose a couple bucks... Me personally I would rather pay ATM fees then paypal fees.
The $275 card isn't worth as much as the $400 camera I'm getting from cameras4free.com! I'll stick with the merchandise )
uh you get $325 for the camera
i guess it depends on if you plan to keep the camera or sell
