Not getting credit for OC sites.

Here is my problem if someone could give me some advice I'd be very thankful

I seem to have some problems with OC site, specifically the Notebooks and Plasmas sites. My offer completion has been pending for about a month now for Notebooks, it has been over 10 days since I sent a support ticket in for manual credit. The same thing seems to be happening with Plasmas. I've had no problems at all with Freepay or Tranin, so I'm a bit confused.

My question is, what can I do after I've waited 10+ days after manual credit? It isn't a matter of my doing the offers incorrectly, one was bingos101 (which I played many many times) and the other Stamps.com which I still am subscribed to.

If anyone can give some advice I'd appreciate it, because I'm doing these for trades and things are getting held up. Thanks.

Double check that you completed the offer requirements. I think its 15 days you're supposed to wait for to send a manual credit and make sure to send proof that you did the offer (email confirmations, screenshots, etc). After sending the Follow up offer completetion wait a bit. IF not credit is given then, send a support email to OC asking them nicely to update your account/look into this offer you completed.

thats a bi strange. I did plasmas for someone this morning and got credit faster than I could log back into my account. Stamps sometimes has issues I know, but bingos should be REALLY instant. Cookie probs?

I guess it's a cookie problem, but other sites do fine. One guy I'm trading with suggested deleting cookies beforehand, with temp files. I'll try that next time I guess. Thanks for the info.

OC Sites suck. . . I have had a problem with Trainn but they fixed it quickly. OC screwed me over with the maual credit thing and I tried for a long time to fix it and they wouldn't. They said there was nothing they could do and I should contact the advertiser. So I did and they told me that I had to talk to OC and I kept on the both of them for a good 3 months cuz i'm a stubborn asshole and it didn't get me anywhere. And I just decided to never again deal with OC

Yeah I'm having the [b4728b13d26]HARDEST TIME[/b4728b13d26] with OC crediting. It's getting rediculous. I can't get my last referral because everytime someone signs up and does an offer, they get no credit.

>_<

Oh lawlerskating roflcopter stuff.

Guess what? I did the Trimlife for my instant credit and got my credit in like 5 minutes. My friend, who is my last credit, does the same thing and no credit.

I signed up for flatscreens4free on 11/11/2005 and promptly completed the Cheaptrips offer (have never canceled it). I was given Pending credit on 11/17, charged $34 from the advertiser on 11/18 and still have not received "full" credit for it as of today.

Today I've submitted my 3rd req for manual credit to OC and have never heard back from a soul. I've spoken to Cheaptrips 3 times on the phone with no luck either. I'm getting closed to calling this one a lost cause but I'm as stubborn as a mule.

I know how you feel. I did AOL MusicNow on 11/22/2005 for xbox3604free. I've submitted 3 support tickets and haven't heard from a fucking soul!

Generally if you dont get credit you never will on OC. I suggest simply doing a different offer. Sucks I know but still cheaper then buying a notebook or plasma tv.

e-mail them for manual credit, if it's a known company they'll fix it in a jiffy!(atleast they did for me) shrug D

I've completed 2 offers now for them. the second was "instant" never got credit. I've had tickleme send them my confirmation twice and they actually copied me on them both.

they still give me the typical auto reply messages. This has been going on for like 5 or 6 weeks.

they suck just ask Airkat. He'll weigh in here pretty soon.

I just paid for a ref on A4f and they got video professor, which is good news since it means my OODs are still gone, and it credited in seconds.

Just figured I would mention it.

It's hit an miss. I did that tickle me offer that I'm talkin about 20 minutes before i did a plasmas4free offer and plasmas credited immediately and the Tickleme is the second offer I've completed for psvs4free and still autoreplies for eternity. They have all the confirmation in the world. I have 18 emails from them saying "they 've submitted to vendor"

How would you handle that? do a third offer?

hrdfarkr

14-02-2006 10:26:41

Contact them, Ive never had the problems ive seen mentioned here I get replies from their support staff and have been able to correct a few small issues with no problems.

I wish I could show you the emails we've exchanged. It's rediculous....seriously. When I ask them something they'd rather not answer..BOOM! auto reply.

Their canned response is bullshit. This is essentially what they'll tell you

[quoted0302e7551="OfferCentric"]Please understand that we only receive commission when your transaction is approved.[/quoted0302e7551]

This is the free site equivalent of selling on consignment, which is a terrible model for suppliers. (In my analogy, [bd0302e7551]we[/bd0302e7551] are the "suppliers," free sites are the "retailers," and advertisers are the "customers.")

Essentially, OfferCentric is telling me (the supplier) to give them my product (a completed offer) without compensation up front. They'll only compensate me if [id0302e7551]they[/id0302e7551] get compensated, which is out of my control.

Out of fairness to suppliers, the consignment model is only practiced by the lowest operators in the retail industry. The vast majority of serious retailers pay for goods supplied to them and understand that the burden of earning compensation for those goods lies on them as retailers, not on their suppliers.

Freepay too understands this; if you show Freepay reasonable proof that you completed an offer, they will compensate you for your offer with credit towards a free gift. I have never known Freepay to ask anyone to "please understand that we only receive commission when a transaction is approved." They respect that I supplied them with a product (a completed offer), and understand that it is their obligation to ensure that they are compensated for the product, not mine.

I dropped OfferCentric the second they mistook the admission of how little they value their users for customer service.

I tried asknow on plasmas4free but it has been over a month and still no credit.. (compared to others with a few months of wait.. i know it's nothing)..

should i even try to do another credit or it's just crap???

EXACTLY !!! But I still can't understand how some people here still love them. I swear they've picked out 10 people and treated them well to create enough success to stay alive and rip the rest of the world off.

Speaking of times to credit, how long does it normally take for AusCasino offer to credit? This will be my final green and it would be nice to get this site completed.

FWIW I did plasmas4free in a trade yesterday and had Gmail open in the background. BEFORE I could get back to the OC page and click the "I have completed this offer" button, Gmail popped up with the OC credit e-mail. That's what I call instant credit!
