Referall Offer Completed, but still Yellow

Hi,

A buddy of mine signed up under me and completed an offer. He says that under his account it says completed, however, under my "check status" page, his light it still Yellow. Does this happen a lot? I can't seem to find an e-mail address to use to contact the mp3players4free people.

thanks! im visiting my parents this weekend and i convinced my mom to do my 5th offer so that one that was giving me problems doesn't matter anymore
