Okay, so I signed up for one of the AOL offers (the one with the free trial of MusicNet). It says that it may take up to 5 business days to get credit...but it has now been 8 business days and I haven't gotten credit yet. Why is it taking so long? Is there anything I can do about it?

You should probably wait like 2 or 3 more days and if you don't get credit then email them.

I signed up for AOL High Speed on 10/25 and got credit today. But I think there was some problem. I just had to send them my confirmation email and they took care of it right away.

Well that is what worries me...they sent the confirmation email to my brand new AOL address, and I think I deleted it without even thinking about it. I am used to my normal email provider, which has a "trash" bin where all my deleted messages go, and I can go back to them later if I need to. Not so with AOL, apparently ( My confirmation email is gone...

AOL has 24/7 live support once you're connected so maybe try them. I connnected to it to ask them a question and it was really easy. Maybe they can resend the confirmation email or something?
