My cousin signed up for and completed an offer (Stamps.com) but he didn't get credited for it. . . He filed a request for missing credit, and he had all the information like that is needed. How long will it take for the offer to get credited, is it a guarantee that it will be credited?

heh heh, not its most deffinitly not a guarantee that it will be credited. Hopfully it will for ya though. But with OC its a crap shoot

make sure you send some type of proof with the request form showing that you did the offer. For example, confirmation email or a screenshot of the confirmation page.
