can i get referrals if my offer hasnt been verified?

i signed up for the efax.com offer yesterday and it says pending completion 10/25/04. My question is if i send out my link and someone signs up and completes an offer before my offer is verified, will i still get the credit for the offer they completed?

Yeah the only thing you wont be able to do is order the product once you completed evrything else....you must verify ur e-mail to make an order.

thanks. i just checked my account right before i checked this post and i have someone signed up. i need to email him and find out if he actually completed the offer.
