i am aware that if you include a direct link to a conga in a post or your sig, you will be banned. i am unclear if it is acceptable to mention that you know of a conga that is doing well and ask for people to PM you for more information about it.
idea maybe it would be a good idea to make a sticky about congas and have people post RELEVANT INFORMATION and STATISTICS about LEGIT congas there. just a suggestion...

No. Do not talk about having a cool conga that your uncle setup for you or the conga your brother told you about. The conga that you saw posted on someone's website? Don't want to hear about it.
