So I select $275 cash instead of the mp3player from mp3players.com, and I start my way on mp3players4free. And I need 5 greens for 275 k cool. So I start out with a trade with 4 ppl green for green. They completed their offers cool. Then I get my girlfriend to be the last green. Account goes up for review. Two of my refferals are Invalid (Created multiple accounts). And I now need to refer two more people. And I think to myself "bullshit" because the two people who I personally referred are really good friends of mine who have never done this before. Whatever I said screw em, ill get another two. So I get my girlfriends mother to do it, and a made another trade, trade went green, mom went green. Account Goes up for review. DENIED. for having multiple accounts (my girlfriend and her mother), so my girlfriend was fine, but then they just took that referral away from me, and her mothers. Just because the had the same internet nickname (but from different isp's). I don't find it odd for a mother and a daughter to have the same nickname on the internet. SO NOW I NEED 2 MORE. WTF?! This shit is a complete scam and i will explain why
I emailed OC membership support and explained in fine detail the difference between those two referrals. I included name, address, last 4 digits of cc they used what offer they did, and nothing between the two matched. My girlfriend completed her account at college, and her mother completed the offer at her house. Two seperate locations, two seperate people. I dont think there was one bit of information I didnt include. Next day, I get an email back "Hello please have the two individuals mail us seperately". Fine with me I say to myself, so i call them both up and tell them to write a little something to OC explaining that they are both infact real. Then OC sends a letter back to them saying "you have multiple accounts, there are no acceptions to the rules". So im like, WTF its my girlfriend and her mother, how can they have multiple accounts, stupid scammers. So I emailed OC again today and said the following.
"Dear OC, I feel that your decision regarding the distinct households of email==shecriedpeace@gmail.comshecriedpeace@gmail.com=shecriedpeace@gmail.comshecriedpeace@gmail.com/email and email==shecriedpeace@walla.comshecriedpeace@walla.com=shecriedpeace@walla.comshecriedpeace@walla.com/email is invalid, and that there accounts are not. Although I appreciate your informational e-mails regarding their inappropriate status, I am aware of my rights as a user of this website through your own documented rules and regulations. As an alert and intelligent human being I am also aware that I have followed these rules, and as inteligent and alert human beings you should be aware that I have followed these rules. If, after this what feels like my millionth plea, you decide that still both accounts are invalid -- I would rightfully request information as to why you refuse to acknowledge their distinct status. As a customer of the service you are providing, I am unsatisfied with the information I have been given thusfar, as well as the responses to honest inquiries and my attempts at giving your company all of the proper, correct, and yes, valid, information".
Im currently awaiting a reply to that. I believe with THAT and alot of people getting denied for having "multiple accounts ", is a real crock of shit
(the honest ones anyway) you know who you are. And plus with their new change of policy that the next ref cant do the same offer, without first telling you that before you signup (thats a scam to me right there). If I get another BS reply about multiple accounts im going to point out I feel they are scamming me. Straightup, because I got an email on the first ticket I ever created with them saying like "We dont try to scam people out of anything" I think thats a bullshit typical corporate response, they are cutting corners on users who originally signed up and should therefore be binded (BY THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AGREEMENT THAT THEY ACCEPTED), they are just cutting corners, maximizing profits, and raping people for gifts that they rightfully deserve. I feel I deserve some support in this. And im tired of their one sentence replies that I have to wait like two days for. WTF, I've brought in at least $200 dollars of revenue to your company due to my referrals and the ad bounty you get, no free gift or not, I just made you money, and you cant even treat me right ? stupid scammers x 100000000. sorry, had to say it man.

I'm sorry, but you don't find it odd that a mother and daughter would have the same email address? Shecriedpiece is not that common and doesn't sound like something someones mom would make.
OC probably saw [bfe76761fe7]shecriedpeace[/bfe76761fe7] twice on e-mails and assumed that they were the same person. Same passwords and similar e-mails have known to cause holds in many sites.
I'm sure there are ways to prove unequivocally to OC that they are different people since you know them. You can ask them to fax in the relevant documents to OC.

Ill just ask for their fax number, and then fax in the relevant documents such as id copies etc. etc. I made this nickname on fipg, because I love my gf so what. I wasn't thinking about the relevance of her nickname i just created something. Its not like I thought ahead before I even got into this free stuff that "oh no when i do an OC site i better watch out if I make this name cause they will shut me down for multiple accounts". Eventually I'll get off of hold because they are really two individuals, and the reason why it makes me so mad is its sheer coincidence that they have the same email, and OC thinks we are connected or something. its not even the same email. They are off of different providers. anyway, ill just have them both fax in their information. And then OC will be like sorry, all i got to say.

good luck man.. im in the same boat as you.
I FINALLY convinced that the free sites werent a scam and got him to green on my psps4free account. After asking for approval 2 of my refs get put on hold for creating multiple accounts. Both people are experienced in "free" sites and would never do anything that stupid
one of them uses the same email and password for EVERY free site to avoid this problem. They both send tickets and oc gives a generic email saying basically
"you created multiple accounts which is against our rules and your account will remain on hold"
I submit a ticket to OC saying they made a mistake and they reply "please have them submit individual emails"
and im thinking WHAT THE FUCK they already did submit individual emails and they were both shot down with generic bullshit.
I used to think OC was better than gratis but it looks like OC is losing money and trying to limit approvals.... do youself a favor guys if you are thinking about working on another OC site... dont.

oc said 2 of my refferals had multiple accounts, one of mine took me 2 weeks to convince to sign up for this so i know he wouldnt get all excited about it and sign up multiple times. I serioulsy think they randomly pick accounts and put 2 refferals on hold. that way they get 7 offers which probably is almost the 275$ they need to pay out.

Seems like OC has been making up a lot of stories lately. I went red on someones site for multiple accounts and I know I didn't do that. I emailed them and they corrected it though. Then the next day, someone went red on my psps4free site and they said there was no reason that they should've done that. He contacted them, but they wouldn't fix it. I think I'm staying away from OC now.
As per their TOS, they aren't obligated to give you anything.

Well, they may not be scammers in that sense that they've taken the money and ran, but they certainly have screwed over a good amount of people--especially with the closing of dvrs4free.com and their new system of offers, both w/o any advance warning. If that isn't scamming, I don't know what is.

They may not be obligated legally (which would be easily beat in court), but they sure as hell are obligated morally. They are stealing peoples money, plain and simple. evil

As a relatively new signer upper with a few OC sites, I have been disappointed that none of the three offers I have completed (two of them on 6/4 [today is 6/11] and the other was Longevity, for Pete's friggin' sake.) have left the "pending" stage. Based on my reading in these posts and my own experience, these guys look like they're going downhill fast.
Many have defended OC's practices, but I would like to see a positive example of someone who has been granted their final green and been approved for their gift in the past week or so. My prediction is that it hasn't been happening much, if at all.
I think calling them scammers just forces people into a polar disagreement. A scammer, as I would describe one, would never send the registrant's reward. However, I wouldn't by any means discount the possibility that we are becoming victims in an elaborate attempt to "turn" scammer, after having gained a level of respect in the freeStuff community.
The leverage is all theirs though, since they do not take anything tangible from their "customers" in exchange for their shady promises. As many have mentioned, their TOS probably indemnify them against any legal action anyway.
I imagine that most of these freeStuff sites have similar caviats in their TOS as well; it's something we have come to expect of even the most respectable "service providers". The finely printed "insurance" clauses are there [ia2f3a1bb3e]just in case[/ia2f3a1bb3e], usually. What we might be seeing here is an example of an organization essentially building their model around their little disclaimer of responsibility.

Hey go check out my OC experience over at the anything4free forums. Its very similar
[quoteb8ef841854]And plus with their new change of policy that the next ref cant do the same offer, without first telling you that before you signup (thats a scam to me right there)[/quoteb8ef841854]
EXACTLY! That make them a staight up BS site right there. I fully agree.
question though. I wonder if the mother's email address was actually created by the daughter, and when she left for college mom took it over with out updating her profile and daughter created a new one. Are they're profiles different?
[quoteb8ef841854]As per their TOS, they aren't obligated to give you anything.[/quoteb8ef841854]
another reason they're a joke. I will never touch or recommend an OC site EVER again.

hrm....seems OC changed their address to my apt address somehow. ...heres the story.
I open my ailbox...and see a letter written to Offercentric LLC. with my apt number and addy under it. I figure the letter was sent to me by Offercentric because i had been waiting on a copy of the billing receipt for the laptop they sent me.
Instead i find a check for $3840.35 written to Offercentric from ebuyer.com. I call up ebuyer and they proceed to tell me 1)it was a mistake and 2) offercentric has been on their shitlist for quite some time. Seems the check was a refund because ebuyer did not want to keep doing business with offercentric.
OFFERCENTRIC seems to have gone to the dark side.
OC, take your sites down. You suck!
