I posted this by accident ont he gratis psps forum.
I just got put on hold by OC on their psps4free site cause I didn't know that my roommate had also signed up under their site.
He didn't sign up under my link he just signed up on his own computer, the problem is that we use a router which displays the same ip for both of us.
Is there anything I can do or say to make them take me off hold.

explain it to them and maybe but probably they'll give you the multiple users per house speech
