I was wondering, since none of my friends will do an offer requiring a CC (all of them), if i just got 5 webcertificates, and gave one to each of my friends, could they just do like Video Professor or something with it? Also, can you load the webcertificates with like only $10, even though it ways $20 min.? Thanx!

No, $20 is the minumum now. Used to be you could load anything above $5 but it's changed.
