Are there any offers that don't require you to cancel before getting charged $50+ ? Which one is the easiest to deal with a relatively cheap? And also, if someone you refer does sign up and ends up canceling, does it still count as a valid referral? Thanks.

Yea, there is many offers that cost like a buck and they wont charge you if u cancel before like 30 days. If you cancel it, you still get credit. Go to ratetheoffers.com if you wanna see more about this.
